Wellpack is looking for a technically skilled, Chinese-speaking Production Worker for our client company in Nummela, Vihti.

The position is based at an established metal manufacturing facility producing various metal components and assemblies for industrial customers.

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded person who enjoys hands-on work and is interested in industrial machinery and manufacturing processes. Previous experience in machine operation, industrial production or other technical fields is highly valued. Comprehensive training will be provided, so previous experience with laser machinery is not required.

About the role

Your main responsibility will be operating a Han's Laser machine as part of the factory's production process. Your daily duties will include operating and monitoring the machine, following production instructions and ensuring that work is carried out accurately and safely.

The position also involves occasional Chinese-English interpreting and communication support, helping facilitate communication between employees and other personnel at the factory.

Depending on production needs, your responsibilities may include other manufacturing tasks, such as assembly work and general production activities.

You will work at the factory in Nummela during the morning shift.

• Good Chinese language skills and fluent English

• Technical skills and practical problem-solving skills

• Previous experience or a solid understanding of industrial machinery, manufacturing processes or other technical work

• A careful, responsible and safety-conscious approach to work

• Willingness to learn new machinery and develop your technical skills

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

• Flexibility to participate in different manufacturing and assembly tasks when needed

Previous experience that we value

• Experience operating industrial machinery or production equipment

• Technical education or practical experience in mechanical, electrical or other technical fields

• Experience operating laser machines, particularly Han's Laser equipment

• Experience interpreting or communicating technical instructions between Chinese and English

Previous experience with laser machinery is an advantage, not a requirement. We place greater importance on your technical understanding, practical skills and ability to learn. You will receive comprehensive training for the position.
