Wellpack is looking for an experienced industrial painter for our client company in Vihti for a long-term position. The company is a manufacturer specializing in steel structures, turning its customers’ ideas into finished products, from design and manufacturing to assembly and delivery.

What is the role like?

In this role, you will be responsible for the manual wet painting of various metal products and for ensuring a high-quality finish. The products vary in size and structure, so the position requires previous experience in industrial painting, good painting technique, and the ability to assess the quality of your own work.

You will work largely independently and be responsible for ensuring that the finished products meet the required quality standards. We are looking for someone who understands the practical requirements of industrial painting and can work independently without constant supervision.

• Previous experience in industrial wet painting

• Ability to work independently

• Good painting technique and a high-quality finish

• A precise and careful approach to work

• Willingness to take responsibility for your own work

Relevant vocational training is considered an advantage, but practical skills and previous work experience are more important than formal education.
